2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect (wrong size, item, or variation)

If you need to exchange an item, email support@kylaads.store with your order number and a description (or photos) of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide exchange instructions.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
